Hi! I have the following problems with Windows Server 2008 (x64): when I try to open printer properties it shows error message about connection problems, then when I try the second time, everything is fine. Same thing happened with Control Panel, the first time it always says that I don't have enough rights and the second time it opens good. It happens with different programs and utilities in system, please assist. 

Hi! Faced the problem that my computer can't see DVD after waking up from hibernating. It cannot be seen in device manager. Tried some manipulations: updated configuration, updated driver, installed some program - nothing helped. The drive is not expensive ASUS BC- 12d1st, OS Windows 7, x64. Thank you in advance.

I have a fairly decent PC configuration but today I am faced with a slow processing. Given that I am not the only family member using my PC, I usually find redundant software and I have to clean up on a regular basis. I heard that the frequency of installing and uninstalling software have an incidence on the speed of the PC in general. Yesterday I got a notification on my iPhone to upgrade to the latest 8.1 OS. After finishing to install, the phone is not stuck on the booting screen. I heard that the latest 8.1 OS is not stable. I just purchased the new iPad air. I am in the process of downloading iTunes in order to sync my music library to the tablet but so far the download has failed from the website server. Is there any other sites that I can use to download iTunes? Also is there any other software that can be used to sync content on the iPad. I heard that it is locked for usage to iTunes, is that true?

I am currently working on a dissertation which is heavily based on a question and gather opinions of the public. Can anyone recommend me a good site that allows the designing of a questionnaire and collection of data? Also is there anyone who knows if there are sites which can help in the analysis of the data gathered? For instance, testing of hypothesis, correlations and, of course, more basic analysis.  

I am currently using Microsoft words 2003 as I do not have access to my laptop with the latest words edition. In the latest programme, there is the possibility to save directly on pdf without changing the formatting. Can anyone tell me how you can do that on the 2003 edition? In the event this is not possible, please recommend an alternative software. 

I have recently bought a Macbook Pro. I am very unfamiliar with the use of the Mac OS X. Having mostly been on windows all of my life, I would like to know the basic commands to operate the Mac. For instance, how to use the usual shortcuts such as the copy and paste commands. Also, what are the main advantages between the Mac OS and Windows OS?

I have just made a clean install for windows 8 PRO on my pc. I am having issues with the installation of goggle chrome. When I first got it on my system, it installed just fine but it was constantly crashing after a few minutes of use. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it immediately. Now I am faced with an error message saying that it cannot go through the installation.
