I often use Mozilla firefox as my browser in my computer and it worked perfectly fine until today that when I go to youtube.com. It only shows a green page for the video and the sound will still be running. It seems that it was blocked because I downloaded google chrome and youtube works perfectly on it. I don’t know what to do with Mozilla and I checked that it is the updated version. What do I need to do?

I have a new laptop that I really want to connect to my television so that we can just use it when we watch some videos or movies. How will I know the proper cable to use? Would there be only one plug for this in my computer? Could I just buy a new generic one from a computer shop? Would it still work properly with it? I need to have done as soon as possible. 

I have a problem with my laptop when I start using the Skype application. I am getting the blue screen of death or BSOD and when I turn it off and on again, it would go back to the home screen but when I try to open Skype again, the same blue screen will appear. My laptop is HP Compaq 511. What can cause these issues and how do I resolve it? Please somebody help.

I don’t like my safari browser in my ipad air 2 because it keeps crashing pretty often. I observed it usually happens when I have opened several tabs at the same time. I just wonder why it keeps on happening. What are the causes of this since it only happens on my ipad but it works perfectly fine with my other apple products. I installed Chrome on it I wish to use safari because I was more comfortable using it. What should I do?

I have always used to changing my computer to sleep mode when I am not using it or if I have to do something really quickly. I noticed with my new Windows 8.1 that it won’t wake up after moving my mouse or pressing any buttons on the keyboard. I was often forced to do hard reset instead.
What are the causes for this problem? What should I do to fix it?

I got a friend with a flash disk and he asked me to copy him some movies from my Personal Computer and l did so. I first scanned the disk and made sure it was virus free then l formated the disk. The are virus that we detected but not deleted by the antivirus. Later in the evening l successfully shut the PC down without any problems. Hello? I recently installed Monzila Firefox browser version 38.1 on my laptop but its not functioning well. It makes my computer to hang after ever 5 minutes upon starting it. When in YouTube it displays an error message of script failure then it crashes. Upon crashing a message is displayed by window explorer that Firefox is taking too long to close. Should l install another browser or a latter version of Firefox to prevent this from happening?

All my browsers and computers were secure until last week. Recently my laptop was used by my cousin to watch live cricket in YouTube for couple of days. Now, all of a sudden, everything has changed. Whatever i search in Google automatically goes to some weird search engine and i see only advertisements related to the keyword. I tried to remove all add ons but this is not helping. I am facing an interesting issue where my new Sandisk small form factor pen drive has started to give problems. Once i connect it to the computer, it gets detected and displays the size and free memory left. But, after some time, i can hear connected-disconnected music and also the notification in the computer. Later it gets connected and it doesn’t repeat. As per my observation, i think, this happens around 6 times out of 10 connections. Please let me know if this is a pendrive problem or a computer issue?
