When I'm trying to use the printer to print my files from word or in some reader, it is showing a popup TaskSchedulerHelper.dll is not found. It is also popping up every time I start my system. I'm not getting what to install to get rid of this problem. Why is this occurring in my Windows 10?

From few days Taskeng.exe black screen is popping on my screen and becoming normal after a few seconds. I'm unable to conclude it whether as a malware or software problem. There is no error after so many scans also. It merely able me to read it. It happens whenever I open the system or restart it.

Recently, due to some problems, I had to change a belt on the Designjet 500 printer.
