Check out Harman Kardon SoundSticks III
In a generation where each company has to introduce a new product every year to keep up with the competition, Harman Kardon’s Sound sticks III is no different from this. Having been entered in the NY MoMA’s permanent collection for design, some minor updates have been made without having a new design. This new version comes with adjustable speakers and has been a top speaker choice among many editors and customers.
Slight change in look
The SoundSticks have been growing popular for some time; it would be a common site in many houses now. The SoundSticks’ see-through plastic outline shows the four midrange drivers. The new version almost looks the same as the old one. However, the upgrade is on the new looks for the rubber bases of the satellite speakers that come in black (old: gray) and white (old: blue).
Along with the hardwired cables are the circular speakers and subwoofer, both measuring 10X2 inches. The cables now have a shiny design, though half-hard wired and cannot be replaced. Another minor setback in the subwoofer is that the volume control for it is on the device itself and would be a bit of a hassle when changing the bass volume.
High quality audio Performance
There really is not much new in the latest version of the SoundSticks (similar drivers and subwoofer). However, this product series offer more than they actually look like. The SoundSticks product has been known to offer quality sound systems with a volume handle to control bass response. With this, not even the heaviest bass-songs will be distorted even at maximum volume. However, if you want some distortion, just boost the sub woofer to maximum. No matter what music genre you listen to, the new Sound Sticks II will have a sound level that will give you the best audio experience.
Because of its quality in delivering impressive audio performance, it has been a choice of many editors for a computer speaker. With this impressive sound performance, the awesome look is just a bonus. However, if you want to spend more for a better performance and style, you may also go for the out B&W’s MM-1 computer speakers. So if you are looking for affordable and high quality speakers for your computer, you’ll never go wrong with the Sound Sticks II by Harman Kardon.
