LinkedIn is a professional Social Networking site. It was founded by Reid Hofmann, Allen Blue, Konstantin Guericke, Eric Ly and Jean Luck Valliant in the year 2002 month of February 2. It has 467 million accounts and successfully running with 104 million active users in all over the World. Its Net Income was 166 million, with a revenue of 3 billion US dollars and it has 9732 employees as per the 2015 annual report.
The employers can post their jobs and seekers can upload their CV’s in the site. It provides the people to acquire the jobs. It works as the platform and as a tool for the people in job seeking. Its target is to build a professional relationship between people through the Network sites. It allows the users to create a CV and to be in touch with the public and with the Business Heads. Students of New York were creating their profiles in the LinkedIn and including it with the college admissions. It shows the importance and services providing by the LinkedIn is enormous.

LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner officially announced that they had worked out for Twelve weeks and developed a Lite Mobile site which works faster than other websites. As the mobile site of LinkedIn is introduced in the year 2008 and was accessed only for little services. At starting it was available in only 6 Languages English, Japanese, French, Chinese, Spanish, and German. An interesting feature on this mobile device is that it will convert the Business card into the contact by scanning it and was called as CardMunch. Later it was recognized as the application served by LinkedIn. It services are available to the iPhone, Android and Html5 users and it was available to the iPhone in the name called “Intro.”
And they also assured about the fastness of the site loading will be better than others. They also said that” the mobile website will be working four times faster in loading the pages.” The consumption of the date for every page will be charge less; it will be around 70kB while others charge 150kB.
