Custom serial connection to a tcpip connection over the network

Is it possible to create a custom share of the serial port and support link through a TCPIP connection like the USB? how can this be achieved and how effective is connection intems  of response and speed? I have a serial printer that I would like to share over a small network of 3 computers that will enable them to print and when que prints.

How best to build a redundancy network with to ISP severs

I have a cabled and wireless internet ISPs and wanted to know how best I can build a redundancy network. Is it better to split the services onto the various topologies or do I use a multi gateway system to access the internet from ny network? which one would give a quick response and high efficiency in a network of 20 active computers?

How to creat a 3D printable format in CAD modeller

How can I create a 3D printable file format from AutoCAD? Do I need to install some kind of format? Is it possible to have a print preview in 3D for a 3D modeling in inventor? What is the best CAD design software for 3D that suite rendering too and what is the price?
