How can I launch a protection against harmful threats such as viruses, spyware and protect my email from getting infected? What are some trusted antivirus that you can recommend?

I have a Windows 7 computer installed with Antispyware 2012, and I've been having problems with the antispyware.  I looked around the internet for a solution, and one suggestion was to install Malwarebytes Anti-malware.  I also downloaded screen317's Security Check program (http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe) and started it.  Below was the log I got.:

I am receiving this message while I’m trying to uninstall Revo unistaller pro. But at the primary stage I tried spyware and said it was trying to run on startup so it said quarantine so I did, Now I move back to uninstall the program again and crushed with this error 5:

Step 1 completed successfully. But in step 2 I can’t find the following files/folders to exclude-

When I opened Spyware Blaster 4.4, I got the following error message:

Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author.

Then, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but I am still getting the same error code.  Need your help to solve this. Thanks.

It does a complete scan but when it gets to the end of the scan and is about to post the results, this message comes out:

I was searching for anti-spyware software when I found this SUPERAntiSpyware which offers a free download. I downloaded the Free Edition in my Windows XP machine. But during the installation process, I encountered the following error message: “Error starting service ("F:WINDOWSsystem32.EXE"/s "F:ProgramFilesSUPERAntiSpywareSASWINLO.DLL), aborting installation.” How can I fix this?
