While installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus, what does the following error message mean?

"Attention! License key 0010540C.KEY.eyk has expired. You can install this license key, but anti-virus database update option will be unavailable. Install the license key anyway? " ?

I just bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2012. While downloading, an error message said that it is incomplete, and try to fix. Nothing has happened. Windows firewall was turned off.

I am trying to install Kaspersky anti virus software but it is not being installed with the following error message which says to uninstall Avg but even after uninstalling Avg from the control panel it is showing me the same error.

I used Spybot S&D Hijackthis, msconfig as well as I ran AVG AntiVirus without any effect.

Either I found nothing strange from Hijackthis.

I don't remember anything that might occurred this, and already I have some programs planned to block like that thing (Spyware Blaster).
