Hi guys I use AVG 2011 in my Computer. I have on several occasions noticed that it is the main cause of slow performance of my computer. I tried uninstalling it but it has since refused to quit. Is there anyone with an Idea on how to go about this situation?

An error message reading "Rtvscan.exe application error" keeps flashing on my screen.

Could this be a virus or malware? My anti-virus software is updated.

Please help as this is bothering.

I am using windows vista business edition. I am getting a particular virus Popup message that is in the picture.

If i click on the ok button it will Popup downloading one 'ieav.exe' application.

This is happening all the times i am opening the IE , folders,etc…

I have done the full system scan with my avira antivirus and also scanned with the windows defender.

But nothing is helping me to resolve this issue. I am not able to repair my IE.

I am using Avast version 6,but I really doubt if its working because, I have noticed most of my files are changing to .exe format and can not be opened even after I try to repair them. My worry is this a virus or what could be the problem and how do I go round it?

I worked as a data entry operator. Since I don’t have a PC at home so I work at a internet cafe.

As you all know that you should perform as quickly as possible to make more money on data entry job.

On the PC on which I work at internet cafe there is some antivirus kaspersky installed. There is a cloud showing and disappearing on Kaspersky antivirus icon which make the PC slow and I am not enter to data fast.

Is there any way to get rid of this cloud?
