If my system is not responding, neither can I open any of the Force Quit menus, nor can I force my MAC OS to reboot. I can’t even see my Mouse respond, then what other options can I avail, to unfreeze it?

 I am working on an apple machine and want to use some performance utility tool. I have used various tools that give some or the option, but none of those are customizable. Can someone give me verified tool that someone has used which can help me to monitor System temperature along with memory usage information? I don't know any other better way to describe it other than to say the screen on my Mac is going crazy. It was working fine, then it got all distorted with strange colors. I'm thinking I may need to replace the video card….anyone have any thoughts on this or has replacing the video card helped?  I've already tried rebooting and that didn't help.  Thanks.

I created files with PSD running on Mac OSX but lost them after a blackout. The files I had created were not saved, but I think there must be a way that unsaved files are saved temporarily in a computer. I would like an explanation on where I should find the temporary files and how to recover them. Anyone experienced in this will help a lot.

I am using an Apple TV with Windows 7. Everything was fine till today morning. All of sudden while watching Netflix, I am getting subtitles. I tried couple of changes on my own but everything is in vain. I need your help to get rid of these annoying subtitles while watching Netflix. Is there any way I can disable this feature permanently as I never prefer having them again.
