I am getting an odd error message when I try to install java in a brand new Mac OS. However, I am getting access only to Deny the access and the allow button is disabled. How do I solve this error? How do I configure the system to access the computer? Please assist me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

When I am trying to open an e-book I am getting an error message that, it does not support the format. But I used to open it without any difficult I mean another format. Since I have updated my MAC I have this annoying message error. Every time I want to open an application this error keeps popping up. If I click Open from right click I can open any application, file, folder, etc. It started to be a real pain and I can’t take it anymore. Does anyone else have this error after an update ? How can it be solved ? Help please !

I have bought the update Mountain Lion for my MAC but it seems like I can’t install it. I can’t find the file in the folder where was downloaded from iTunes. Now I am worried that I might lose some money on the update. Is there a way to install the update on my system? What are the chances to make a mistake with this? Thank you!

I have turned on my MAC today and this message box appeared on my desktop and after I clicked the OK button nothing happened. It appeared again when I turned on my MAC this evening. Now I have checked Software Update from System Preferences and it said that my OS and all the softwares are up to date. What is happening with my MAC ? I am not able to connect to my IMAP mail server with Gmail because of an exceeding bandwidth limits error on my Mac. I am using Snow Leopard on my Mac. I tried verifying that everything on my Mac was configured correctly by contacting the Apple Support. I then tried creating a new Gmail account and still get this same error. Trying to unlock the captcha too didn’t work for me. I can log into Gmail using safari without any issues. I tried disabling IMAP settings in Gmail and then enabling it back again. I have check all my connections and also verified with connection doctor and failed to identify any issues. What could be wrong? Do you have any idea guys? Kindly help me fix this. Any suggestions on your part will be greatly appreciated. Regards
