I am using QuickTime to view videos, listen to music, watch photo'.

On one occasion , I wanted to look at a video from the internet, I meet an error, I pasted below.

Error 47:  Invalid URL.  ()

I encountered this error this morning, when I clicked on open URL. I first restarted  my computer, since I have just exited my game. After rebooting my computer I tried again, same problem existed. I also checked on my internet connection, it was up and running, I don't have any DNS filter. I also checked my firewall, there is no restriction.

I'm using a MacBook 2.4 GHz. I've got a Gmail account. I want to use iChat with a Gmail account on my Mac. I know the instruction, which works only in Tiger, but not with Leopard. I’ve tried the primary steps, but failed to configure it.

I need the iChat to work in my Mac Leopard because, I've to keep always connected with Gmail account and need to respond to important issues quickly. If I have iChat, I can do it easily. Please suggest.

Dear All,

Recently I've purchased an Apple MacBook Air. As you know that, MacBook Air has no Optical drive, but it has an option for remote DVD. So, I've tried using remote DVD. I inserted a disk in another Macintosh computer and turned on my Airport connections and tried to connect with another Mac, but it's not working. Is there any solution? Please help me. Thanks.

I'm using iMac 2.8 GHz, with 4GB RAM. I've Office 2008 in my iMac. Suddenly my Office 2008 is not responding. Whenever I try to open any document, it shows an error message. I just don't know what to do. Is there any possible solutions to recover it. Please let me know. Thanks.

I've installed Parallel Desktop on my MacBook to use Windows parallels but after some days, I recognized that my MacBook's performance became slow. I don't want to use it anymore. I installed the parallel desktop CD and the window appears with 'Uninstall Parallels Desktop' option. I've followed all the steps, but still can't remove it. I need to uninstall it. Please help me to do it.

Hello everyone,

I'm a new Mac user. Recently, I've purchased MacBook 2. 4GHz ,Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB DDR3 memory,  250 GB hard drive. 

I want to install Office 2008 lIcensed Mac version, in my new MacBook. I already got Office 2008, Non licensed software in my Mac. I've removed the Non Licensed, Office 2008 from my Mac, (moved it to trash) and then tried to install the licensed version but it doesn't  work.

Anyone  help me to install my Office 2008 Licensed version in my new MacBook. I need the licensed version of Microsoft Office 2008 immediately.
