I have a 7th generation iPod Nano and I'm having issues between it and my laptop. I just purchased the Nano so I'm not sure if I may need to update my laptop or not. I have Windows 7 so I wouldn't think that would be the issue. Thanks for any assistance.

I recently installed iTunes on my laptop (I've had it on my phone for years), and it crashes every time I attempt to use it. Help!  I accidentally put my iPad into recovery mode but I didn't intend to do that. What do I need to do to ensure it returns to normal mode? Will it restart itself, or do I have to wait and do something to clear it? I don't want to do something wrong and lose my data. Thank you.

A lot of queries and issues do arise along with the release of OS update. I updated my OS to Yosemite and I can't figure out how to schedule software update on it. I used to remain tension free by scheduling software updates but now, I need to update each software individually. Is there anything I can do to schedule a software update on Yosemite?

Here's my problem; I'm getting the firmware update 1.2 of Thunderbolt time and again but the thing is, 1.2 is not compatible with my screen because I purchased it back in 2012. I am now thinking of buying a new iPhone six but whenever I browse in the internet about the current affairs about the iPhone I always get disheartened, people are complaining about the outer metal covering the iPhone. Some even complain that it gets bend in a tight pocket or while sleeping on jeans! I am desperately thinking of buying a IPhone but the rumors of it around the globe prevents me from getting it. Few hours back, I tried to update my iPod touch(5th Generation, 32 GigaBytes) to iOS 8.2 through iTunes on my PC rather than using WiFi. No sooner had I pressed the 'connect to iTunes' button, I got a error and everything went in vain. Right now, my iPod is freezed at the update screen with a Apple icon and an empty progress bar.

Hello everyone! I am an iPhone user and I want to delete all the duplicated photos from my iPhone that were actually synced from an old PC. I have actually run out of space because for some strange reason many of my photos have been duplicated and obviously now I don't have the 'delete' option because they were added from my old computer which I longer have in my use.
