Apple
I have downloaded an app from appstore on iTunes like I normally do. There are 5 steps that are followed for the app to be completely installed in the phone. The app is free by the way. I am now getting a message that “This iPhone could not be synced because this computer is not authorized to purchase items on the iPhone….”. I have clicked on Authorize and entered my ID and password and my computer is now authorized. However, the message still reappears. I have restarted the computer severally but the message still appears when I try downloading any app. Help me please.

I understand that now Apple wants to expand the two-factor authentication so that it includes FaceTime and iMessage in addition to the previous iTunes and iCloud. How does the authentication work? What does the update mean and how will it protect users?

I have been searching on Google for ways of prolonging my phone’s battery life and I keep on getting the ‘cycle’ being used all the time. What does it mean? Can I recharge my iPhone to ¾ or even ½ full but not mess my battery life? Why are people saying that I need to plug in the phone while updating apps? How does it affect my battery life cycle?

I constantly have to type in my iCloud password on my iPhone. It is really annoying me and I am looking for a solution. Even if I type it in, a minute or two later it will ask for it again. Any suggestions? Even when I hit ʺcancelʺ it still asks for my password. Thank you.

Last night, I deleted iTunes from my laptop. Today morning, I was on my iPhone and I was speaking with my friend. Sometime later, I got a notification from iTunes. Is that supposed to happen? I have already removed iTunes from laptop but it hasn't vanquished from my iPhone. How can I properly delete it?

My uncle is visually impaired and wants to upgrade his cell phone. I was thinking the iPhone 6 Plus due to the large screen, but I hate to see him spend that much money. Anyone agree with this recommendation or is there anyone who has a visually impaired friend/relative that uses a certain phone, and if so, can you recommend? Thank you.

I have 2 drives in my MacBook with Mac OSX. One drive is for the OSX and the other has all the sound libraries. I have created space in my Mac OS to install the sound libraries since I want to use the previous folder for other purposes. My problem is that almost all applications search for data in the sound library folder. Is there a way that I can redirect them at once to the new folder instead of having to reconfigure each application? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I need to remove the battery from my MacBook to troubleshoot an issue, and the door latch is stuck. I'm afraid to maneuver it too much for fear that it will break and will be stuck forever. Any suggestions or ideas on what to do? I thought maybe it was just sticking but I can't seem to get it to pop open so I can get to the battery. Thanks.

I have a MacPro and the lighting around the I/O is not activating when I move the computer. I just noticed this a few days ago and I'm becoming concerned. Is there any reason to be concerned and if not, what could be causing this and should I just ignore it? If I should be concerned, what could be done to remedy this problem? Thank you.

I am wondering why my laptop fan may be staying on high all of the time. I know that my Apple laptop is properly ventilated so it isn't overheating and I'm not doing anything incredibly heavy on it that would cause the fan to be on so much. I'm concerned there may be another issue I'm missing. I did try working in another area thinking that the ventilation may be the problem but it persisted. Assistance is appreciated.
