I currently own an iPad but my friend is telling me that he has a Samsung tablet and that it is what I should be using to watch Netflix.  Does anyone have a recommendation if either device is better for this type of use?  I have no complaints on the iPad, but am not sure if making a new purchase I should change.  Thank you.

I have an iPad. It has some errors and I want to restore it. And want to restore it by backing up my data and it is possible to restore the mine iPad using the iTunes. If so, what is the procedure. And I want it to fully restore not only the just setting will it,restore it completely or the setting.

Do users need to install Antivirus software on their MacBook and iPhone. How has Apple managed to vanquish the viruses? I know that MacOS doesn't supports Windows applications but isn't there a way to run Microsoft Office 2013 on MacBook Air by means such as Wine for Linux. I'm ready to pay for the Office Suite but I want to find out how to use some of the most useful Windows applications on MacOS.

I currently updated my iTunes to the 12.1.0.71 and all my songs are being read from my external hard drive. The issue that I am currently facing is that all my songs a skipping. The skipping is not that bad, just a few seconds but I have used VLC in comparison and I do not have this problem. Can I get help, please?

I am getting this error when I tried to plug in my iPhone 4 to charge it – USB Device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. I just had my phone plugged in a few hours ago. Can someone explain this error to me?

I just read about phones that can catch on fire. I leave iPhone plugged in all the time. During the day it is plugged into my laptop. And at night I keep it in a docking station. If I am out then I use a charger in my car. Is it bad to keep it charging all the time? Has the caused anyone else a problem?
