I am trying to attach files that I downloaded on my iPad. I can add photos with no problem but files are not attaching. Is there a app I am suppose to be using to do this? What is the best way to manage your documents on your iPad like your main computer?

I have hundreds of text messages between my father and I. He recently passed away and I would like to print out our text messages to remember him by. How can I print the text from my iPhone? Is there a good way to save them in my computer also?

I am having issue with my itunes. How do you keep from having to manually having to set up the album artwork? Is there a setting so it will do this automatically?  I have hundred of albums that I need this done for. Would like to be able to have this synched with each new album.

I hear it all the time from my kids on how they should have a iPad. Now I am hearing it from other moms that say all kids should have a iPad or iPhone. Why do my kids really need a iPad? Is there a lot of benefits from them having one at a young age?

I have been using my iPad frequently and not made any changes other than updating apps.  However, when I access Pinterest, the iPad crashes.  I have had apps crash before, but when I try and use the latest Pinterest update, the entire iPad freezes.  Is it possible I have a virus?  I have the latest game update, and I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling.  Thank you.

I have an Apple 4S phone and when I go to work (we have a guest network we are allowed to connect to and use), I cannot get my phone to automatically connect.  I have asked about it, but I am not getting any results.  I can usually connect after shutting down my phone and turning it back on, then the network shows.  However, I would like it to connect automatically instead of going through this hassle.  I've checked settings and all seems good.  Thanks for any feedback.

Hello, I had new neighbors move in and ever since my iPhone wants to connect to their (unsecured) network.  I have a secure wireless network but my phone keeps trying to connect to their wireless automatically which drives me crazy.  It is a good connection so unless I go under Settings sometimes I don't even notice.  How can I update so that my phone connects to my wireless?  Thanks!

I have been using my iPhone 5 for awhile now for awhile. I noticed after the last update the battery on my phone keeps getting worse. I can not seem to keep a charge now at all. Is there a problem with the latest update. Or can you replace the battery in a iPhone?
