After upgrading my iPad to iOS 5, I performed a backup with iCloud.

It works well with iPhone but when trying to backup in iPad, I got an error “iCloud Backup Failed”.

To troubleshoot this, I deleted my iCloud account and tried to sign-in using my Apple ID.

However, it doesn’t seem to work. Can someone help me with this?

Does an Apple Mac need an anti-virus?

I am a new Mac user (13'' MacBook Pro) and I am wondering if I need to install an anti-virus software to prevent problems like those I encountered with my PC.

I have seen numerous anti-virus programs available online (I uploaded the screenshot) but I'm not sure if I should download one because a lot of people say I don't have to.

I have been trying to upgrade my iPad to iOS 5, and I have been trying for almost an hour but I always failed due to the unknown error 3002. The iPad is in iOS 4.2. I was installing the upgrade through iTunes 10.5.3.

Some error trashed my iPhoto folder and I am trying to replace it. But I cannot recover it and possibly will have to fill a new iPhoto file. Where can I find a CD of iPhoto to reload??

I need to copy of an iPhoto 6.0.6 file (with pics) from a MAC Book Operating System 10.4 to a MAC Book OS 10.5.8.

I need some information about this. Please help.

Hi experts!

After understanding some threads and tutorials, I must come clean that this is just too difficult to me. I purchased an infiltrated Apple TV with Boxee and XMBC running on it. Everything seems good but I'm unable to make a FTP/SFTP connection with Cyberduck or Terminal. I tried IP AND the same with the appletv.local, but no achievement.

I get the following error:

Cyberduck: Network Error: Connection failed. Connection refused
Terminal: ssh: connect to host appletv.local port 22: Connection refused

I don’t know anything about this error message. I felt that SSH is not executable
How can I locate out if SSH is enabled on my Apple TV?

When trying to add the PXE Server into System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) 2012. I clicked on the Add Resources button from the Ribbon and followed all the steps correctly. But when I am on the Deployment customization and entered the Hyper-V host computer name and MAC address for PXE booting. But I always failed on this step. How can I fix this?

I was trying to log-in to my Twitter account in my iPad 2, but an error is always showing.

The error is stating “Unauthorized” which I think has something to do with my account details.

But as I double-check it, I entered the correct information clearly and yet the error still incurs.

Is there a setting in my iPad that I needed to set first before logging-in?

I used my iPhone 4 for my social networking accounts especially in Twitter which I used in sending tweets. It was working well before but I can’t post any new message now. I always received an error to save my message as draft. The message cannot be posted. Please see the enclosed screenshot for the error I am receiving.

As soon as I finished downloading Gmail app which I downloaded in the App store today, I got a ‘Notification Error’.

It seems that Gmail was taken down for a moment or the application itself is causing this.

I have an iPhone 3 GS and 4S. My 3 GS is updated to iOS 5. I downloaded the Siri in the App store and tried to install it on my 3 GS but I got “Retrieval Failed” error. I know that Siri will work with iOS 5 but does it work with 3 GS? I just need some little advices. Thanks.
