On my MacBook Pro 17", the screen shows some unwanted lines.  Its graphics card is not GeForce 8600.

Will it be alright if I apply thermal paste on the graphic heat sink?  Would that remove the unwanted lines?  If yes, how do I get to the heat sink?  If that doesn't work, then is there another alternative to fix the problem?

After I updated software to version 1.1.3 on my iPad, it seemed that I lost most of the flights that I previously logged and synchronized.  I had those information on my device before I updated it.

Can there be any problem that had occurred when I updated the software to version 1.1.3?  Is there still a way to recover those lost information?  Any help is very much appreciated.

I have an issue with Airplay on my iPad 2. When I click on “Airplay” on my device, nothing changes. It plays only Air Video. I tried rebooting, unloading and reinstalling Air Video, but to no avail.

Airplay is working perfectly on my iPad 1, iPod Touch 4g, and iPhone from Air Video.

What could have caused this? I would really appreciate if someone shed light on this problem.

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my iPhone.  I wanted to share a video from my Youtube Mobile to my Facebook profile using the device.  But when I do so, I always get an error message on the share page, as shown below:

“The page you requested cannot be display right now.  It may be temporarily unavailable.  The link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have permission to view this page”.

How could I solve this problem?  Is there a setup that I might have missed?

I'm publishing this concept after several problems in establishing my VPN network on my iOS gadgets (both my iPhone and iPad). The VPN network is operating incredibly well on my PC, so I think that the machine or my options (ID and passwords) are appropriate.

I have also tried to get some assistance from some of my friends but they are also unable to fix the problem. I guess, it would be better to publish my websites created in both PPTP and L2TP network method. Anyone could inform me where did I go wrong and how to address the issue.

I am running Mac OS X Lion with QuickTime Player 7 and Perian for Mac. I used to play .avi files without problem. But today when I updated Perian, I started having issues on playing .avi files. When I tried to roll back to the previous version, I was still unable to play the file. I have searched everywhere for possible solutions but I was unlucky to get one. How can I fix this?

The document " .avi" could not be opened. A required codec isn't available.

I used the Mercurial software for my project. But I am having problem with the hg executable.

I am certain that I installed the mercurial correctly on my Mac OS X Snow Leopard PC.

The path for the hg executable is in “/usr/local/bin/hg” according to the error message, but the path seems to be not valid.

How can I correct this issue?

When I am connecting to iTunes, iTune is not able to find any updates hence I have downloaded the update file and tried to update with the downloaded file. But an error message is displayed which says that ‘It is not compatible’. Also, there is nothing shown after the message. I am sure about the downloaded update file as it is for 3 G S only.

I have also checked in the forum, but there is no information available. I am using HP 6830 which runs with Win – Vista and it has completed all updates.

Please help me to get out of this problem.

I have added applications and tried to synchronize, but I got an error message. ‘The copy disk attempt has failed. It is not able to find the required disk’. I have un-installed all the applications but the message still comes. There was no problem until some days ago. Please help me to sort out this problem. Thanks in advance.
