I have stored few video files on my ipod. Could there be a possibility for virus to harm these files? If the answer is yes will it harm my ipod to run a Norton virus scan on it?

I have been using Office 2004 – Mac and I got a file which was created in the 2007 – 2008 version and it cannot be opened. So I want to install Office 2007 in my PC which is using at home. And also want to install it on my campus computer.

I am using MAC and planning to upgrade the MS-Office to 2011 version. I just want to know whether I have to uninstall the previous version before the installation of MS – Office 2011.

Hello! I installed iTunes this morning since I've got my new desktop PC. I am certain that the iTunes I downloaded is up to date.

I synced my iPod Nano into it but it did not show up.

I've got various mp3 songs which I need to sync with iTunes so Can someone please tell me where and how I could find it?

The usual way is, when you sync your Apple devices with iTunes, it normally opened the iTunes with your inserted device. But mine is not showing.

How can I fix it?

I was attempting to set up xCode 4 with my OS X Lion.

Once I press set up, it just hang and become inaccessible and after a few second it just quit and close the set up. Is there any other way to install xCode?

My iPad2 cannot connect to Wi-Fi when I was in UK. A wireless connection was detected and I entered the correct Wi-Fi password but still, I cannot access the Internet. When I returned to the US, my iPad2 worked just fine using the same Wi-Fi router I used in UK. Any idea on what I have been missing? Thank you.

I had my latest version of Apple phone replaced because I am under the impression that the echo issue is a factory defect. When I updated my data from my stored data on Apple’s cloud computed, the system is assuming that what I am doing is storing another set of data from another phone, hence, I no longer have additional space for my cloud computing for other data.

Can you please tell me how to remove these data so that I can allocate space for my new phone without removing any information?

I have been searching everywhere for solutions, but it seems that I am the only person encountering the same error.

My problem is, each time I am trying to connect to iChat, it gives me this error “Could not connect to Jabber.

An unexpected SSL error occurred. [-9843] 08:28 am."

My connection is firm, and I am sure of that because I can connect for about 15 seconds and then this error will appear.

How can I fix this?
