It is my very first time to post in this message board and I think this could be my final destination as I am unable to determine this problem which I am obtaining. My problem is regarding QuarkXPress Edition: 8.16.2 as well as the error that I constantly get once I start running it.

I got this error "QuarkXpress quit unexpectedly." On my new i7 iMac 27” with OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.4. At first, before I used to add a couple of print styles in my archives after losing the "metaplus" typeface collection, almost everything is functioning great. The Quark begun properly and I was able to make the Quark data available.

Livestation application for iPhone is an application for streaming. I was trying to install it but I was unable to continue since it could not be confirmed. The DEV Livestation staff launched the program to 50 beta writers. To become one of them, I am in a rush to get and set up. However I was confused by the problem concept: "The application “Livestation” was not installed on the iPhone “arvin’s iPhone” because it could not be verified."

My Mac PC is running with OS X 10.5.8. It has Prism Video Converter software downloaded and installed in it. I have some m4v files which I need to convert. I made those files in iMovie and every time I started on converting, an error is showing that says "Could not open source video file."

Can anyone suggest any solution for this problem?

While trying to transcode a MPEG-2 MXF file into Apple ProRes 422 HQ using Episode 6.1.2 installed on my Mac OS X Snow Leopard system I received the following error message: “Exporter Error: No frames in Queue nr. 0.” What does this means? However, they do accept certain Mpeg file. But I cannot identify any difference between those that are accepted and not. Any help will be appreciated.

I have my Mac and Windows PC connected to the same network and both have the latest version of Episode installed on them. I am able to see, submit and encode clusters using Episode on Windows PC. But on Mac, I am able to see it, but other processes end by with an error. All other systems in the network are working fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no help. What can be done?

I got an error while initializing Avid Media Composer  v5.5.3 software on my Mac PC. I choose custom installation to install AMC alone and activated via dongle option. Is it because something went wrong during the installation process? How can I resolve the problem?

I have Adobe InCopy and InDesign CS4 installed on my Mac computer. Recently I am receiving an error message which states “Galley View and Story View are not available as the document do not contain InCopy stories.” I have tried importing the InCopy assignment to layers and selection but the error persists. I am facing a problem with Keynote and Pages from iWork 6. I am having problem using the manual shape tool such as Bezier curve. For adjusting the points on curve, I have to reduce the control points of the curve. But sometimes the tabs are getting too close and flip off to out of the page and the program gets hang. Please let me know, if anybody already experienced the same thing and found the solution. Please help me to get out of this problem. Thanks in advance for all the support.
