Hi Apple experts,
I want to restore Apple 3G iPhone. But when I am trying to do the same it is hanging on a page which displays that ‘It is not necessary to restore your device and not able to receive and make calls’. But when I click on ‘Restore’ and error message is coming which shows that ‘Not able to restore iTunes. The error code is 23. I am using iTunes 8.2.1 with Mac OSX. I have also tried to restore with Windows. But the same result has come.
Please guide me to solve this issue.

I am trying to set up iPhone with iOS through Apple MDM capabilities with the use of the iPhone Configuration Utility. I want to make a configuration profile. Doing this, I cannot set up the Identity entry which gives me an error stating: “Add credentials in the credentials payload.” iPhone Configuration Utility Documentation said, select the certificate that the device uses to identify itself to the MDM server. Add the certificate to the device using the Credentials Settings, or use SCEP Settings to provide instructions for the device to obtain the certificate using SCEP. In the first place, I am not under SCEP server.

I am just a newbie here so pardon me if I ask basic questions. I have just upgraded my iTunes to its latest version and I just downloaded iOS5. I backed up all my files in iCloud. My question is can I still access my files using my iPod Touch or my iPad? Does my music and video files automatically stored in iCloud too? If so, will it take spaces on my devices or not? Can I stream videos from iCloud to my devices through Wi-Fi? I know these are just basic questions but please help me. Thanks a lot.

Hello, I am just wondering if this is a serious case with my iPod Classic 2007 80GB. I lend it to a close friend of mine trusting that she will take good care of it. Then after returning it back to me, I noticed something strange with the way it is recharging. Its usual appearance when it is charging is showing a message that says “Charging, Do not Disconnect.” plus this battery animated picture. But right now, I recharge it after receiving it from her, it shows a strange screen with only an exclamation mark and a gray background with a message saying “Do not Disconnect”. But it is still recharging the battery. Is there something serious here? I know there is something wrong but is it serious? Does it need immediate response?

I have a new iPhone 4S. My very good assistant which is Siri is also installed into it. We worked together so nicely for the fast few days but just recently, it stopped working for me. Siri keeps on telling me to try again every time I use it. I used to enjoy working with Siri in services like sending voice mails, placing calls and making schedules.
I tried calling Apple Service Center but they advised me to do System Restore. I don’t want to do that because I don’t want to do the whole process again. Does anybody know how to fix this other than making System Restore? Please I need your help.

Hello everyone. I have a time machine which is used to back up and save all my computer data every two to three hours. It is a Seagate External Drive running with Windows Parallel 7 in my MacBook. It has been working quite well but just suddenly it stopped working. An error message appeared saying, “Files cannot be copied onto backup disk because it appears to be read only”. I have tried checking the time machine and when I chose a disk I cannot find any device. I don’t know what is happening here. It used to work well with me. Please help me by sending me your suggestions. Thanks a lot.

The operating system that I used in my server is OS X. I am setting up user accounts for my staff and they have to have their own folders so I also setup one for them and marked it as favorites. These folders have the control in the Access Control List. The users complained that whenever they take access with their folders, the windows close and the computer transfers them to the root folder where all folders are located. They cannot stay in their own folders because it will just open in an instant and will close and returns to the main folder. This thing is strange. Any idea why it is like this? Can someone also tell me how to make a list of users’ folders in the POSIX aside from being in the ACL?

I was confused why every time I try to send a dictated text message, my application hangs and do not respond. It then minimized itself without sending the text message. The application only works if the message is typed below the keyboard photo.
I also cannot use speech to text to enter message because the application also crashed when I use the feature. I tried searching for online help but it looks like this is the first time in the world that this problem occurred.
Am I the first one encountering this problem? Apple Care does not have this topic in their FAQ section.
Please help.

Hello everyone,
I encountered an error with my iPhone 4 which I have not encountered with my iPhone 3GS before. Whenever I send emails from my iPhone 4, sent emails are not saved. I could not see them in the folder. But this doesn’t happen with my previous iPhone 3GS. I have tried using my MacBook Pro to send emails through IMAP and checked my sent folder on my iPhone; I saw the sent mails there. But why is it that when I send mails directly from my iPhone, it would not save the mails.
Please send me suggestions.
Thanks.

I can say that I am a professional in formatting computers. I know everything about doing this process. But I have never tried formatting a boot camped HDD before. My own computer which my school provided me has Windows 7 32-bit. and I don’t like it because of what it is doing to my RAM. So I decided formatting it because it now also running too slow as it is already an old computer. I have been formatting other people’s computer but now it’s an odd feeling that I became helpless with this problem. The computer I am using is MacBook Pro. Can I format my computer without the Mac side because I don’t really use it? Is it possible? Can I also install Windows 7 by doing the same? I mean without the Mac side? Please help me.
