Hello. I am running Windows 7 and currently using a wireless keyboard. The problem is with my freshly downloaded iTunes 10.5. The Next/Previous/Play and Pause keyboard buttons will only work when iTunes has focus. What should I do to resolve it?

I purchased a clone of Apple iPod/MP4 from China. When I try to sync it with my PC, my computer could not recognize it. An error is appearing stating that I need a software driver to continue. But according to the seller, this one doesn’t need any drivers; I just need to plug it then play. When plugging the USB cable from the device to my computer, the iPod is charging it cannot be read. What should I do?

After an update to iOS 5, I started getting issues with syncing iTunes. Then I made a fix for it. The problem now is when I go to my iPhone Settings> iCloud> Storage & Backup> Manage Storage there is only one application under Documents & Data. However, When I browse the Manage Storage screen, all my applications are listed within Backup Options and Next Backup Size. But those applications are not showing on Manage Storage List. I guess this is just one of those numerous complains about iOS. What should I do now?

I accidentally hit my iPhone on the floor. I broke the digitizer then I tried to fix it with glue. I put all the broken pieces together, but I noticed that the top right portion of my iPhone is not working. What should I do with it? The touch screen feature is working except on the upper right portion of the screen. Please help me. Thank you.

A latest update from Apple has already released. The update is for MacBook Pro system which resolves the problems in MacBook Pro. But Apple did not designate anything more about the update except that it fixes the system when there is an unexpected shutdown due to battery loss. Can someone please explain further? Thank you.

After updating my iPhone 4G to iOS 5.0.1, I am seeing a no sim card message. I tried to remove my sim card then insert it back. Luckily, it works! But there are times that the message is still appearing. I want to know if there’s anyone here who has the same problem. If so, how did you able to manage it? I need help.

I am using MobileMe before then decided to upgrade to iCloud. The two has many similar features. But I noticed that the content, events, special dates and occasions on my iCal is missing. I need to recover my iCal because I have some important dates and events to remember. Is it possible? Please help.

I want to install OS X 10.5 on my PowerBook G4 but I cannot boot the OS X installation disk in my DVD drive. But I can be able to boot it with my Debian Etch but unable to install. I cannot even start in target disk mode. What should I do next?

I successfully installed OS X Lion 10.7 on my Mac PC. Then I tried to make a copy of the OS X to a disk but I could not locate it on my hard disk. I searched on the folders and subfolders of my hard disk to no avail. How can I make a copy of it and write it on a bootable disk? Can anyone please help me? Thank you.
