I purchased an iPhone 3G with model number a1303. I synced it with my computer for the first time. iTunes said it needed an update so I run the update then disconnect it from syncing. After few days, when I need to upload music to my iPhone, I synced it again with iTunes and I have been asked again for an update. I disconnect then reconnect it again but the same thing happened. What should I do next? Help please!

I was testing my Java program in a Mac environment when this error message popped up (see screenshot below).

Complete error stack was written to idea.log

As a newbie Java programmer, I couldn’t find any errors in my program and the way I compiled it.  I couldn’t find the reason for the class path error.  Anyway, anyone from this forum who can help me resolve the problem?   

I was installing Liquid Mix Emulation in my Mac when I got this error message.

I have been using Mac Mail program for several months now when randomly I got this error message; see below.

Unable to Connect

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account " " or try again.

The server returned the error: account exceeded bandwidth limits. (Failure)

I haven’t done any changes or revisions in the configuration with the mail program or with my GMAIL account.  You see, my iPod can still access my GMAIL account so I don't know what to do next to resolve the issue.

Please help me.

Hi,

I tried using Entourage 2008 to send emails from my Mac but then I got this error message. 

Error Description

Error: Authentication failed because Entourage doesn't support any of the available authentication methods.

Explanation: Could not retrieve mail.

Account name: "John Smith"

It was my first time to use Entourage since I usually used Yahoo web mail.  Can some help me setup Entourage?
