Any techies out there who could help me to have my original AT&T iPad with Wi-Fi and 3G features to be converted so that it can be compatible with Verizon system/plan? Please answer in layman’s terms as I’m not really a techie myself so it would be easy for me to comprehend.

Can I still retrieve all my documents that were lost upon syncing them with iCloud on my iPad and iPhone? I don’t understand coz when I synched the said documents last night, everything works perfectly, but when I’m about to access these documents by launching pages on the iPad, my documents appeared for a while and for some reasons, they disappeared. Same thing happens with my iPhone. These were my class documents that are very important to me. I guess this a bug in iCloud. I badly need to recover these important documents. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I bought for myself an Iphone 4s that has ios5. Snow leopard works fine for me and I’m happy about that, but upgrading to iCloud would be the best thing to do. I’m thinking of upgrading to iCloud, but I just have some concern that doing so would cause disruptions of major kind. Just to be sure, I have backed up my drive. Please note that I’ve been using mail of Mac and that it is of paramount importance that lr3 and cs5 would not be affected. Please share any experience you have in upgrading to iCloud so I wouldn’t think twice of doing it.

I wonder if anyone out there has a similar problem regarding iCloud. I have a main e-mail address and an alias from my mobile which I brought over to iCloud. I started using iCloud several days ago. With my main e-mail address, everything is perfect because I can send and receive e-mails but the same is not true with my alias. My alias e-mail can send mails thru logging into iCloud, but when you send mails to my alias e-mail, it doesn’t go thru as what is implied by an error message that the e-mail doesn’t exist.

Could you please provide helpful information regarding my problem below.

Yesterday, it took me 12 hours to upgrade iPad1 to iOS5 and it appears to upgrade effortless, but when it comes to restoring, that really commands attention. Everything seems to be perfectly working fine except that there were some free books that were lost, which means that when plugging my iPad in the USB port of the PC, the iPad has to be rebooted.

I want to know if it is already possible for iCloud to be synched on IOS5 on iPad2 instead of using iTunes. I was able to play iTunes on an earlier version of Win XP machine, but still prefer the latter because I was so disappointed about Apple’s position that they would not offer support to help with the problems in Windows 7 even though they were the ones who caused it with their 64-bit update in the first place. Apple’s last update made iTunes not compatible with PCs anymore, and it’s disappointing that they are unwilling to help resolve the problem.

I also want to import from Outlook a CSV file into the contacts in my iPad2. How is that done?

All softwares have been updated in the 10.6.8 that I am using now. The songs I’m listening to in this gadget were imported from my CDs into Apple Lossless. The activity for both the monitor and the CPU are low, but not really something that needs too much attention. When I heard the music skip, I decided to replay the music and was surprised that after that, I don’t encounter the same problem. I wonder if this is just one bug in this newest iTunes version as I don’t remember that this has occurred to me in the past when I listen to songs on iTunes.

Do you find Safari tabs annoying? I thought these tabs look great and cool, but when the finger goes up to the non-existing control, then there’s my problem. Please give me your two cents about this. Thanks.

The ID I used for Apple and my Gmail account is the same and that’s what I used in setting up “find my friend.” Upon doing so, what appears is the location where I’m at together with the name of my sister instead of my name. I found this weird coz no one is yet listed as my friend as I haven’t had the time to add any but myself. To rectify the problem, I thought deleting my sister’s name from the list of contact would solve the problem, but nothing happens. Is there someone out there who can take a shot in fixing this problem of mine? Do you have any idea why is this happening?

I want to purchase an iPad, but before going to the store to buy one, I just like to get inputs from other people on how can this gadget connect to the wireless printer HP Officejet  6500A Plus that I have already on the home network. At present, I’m using a Dell Inspiron laptop. The fact that an iPad is somewhat a standalone device, is it possible for standalone devices such as iPad to have a driver so it can be connected to a network printer that is wireless? I’m concerned that even though the iPad can connect to my home network, it will not automatically recognize the printer
