I have just bought a new iPod Nano (6th generation) and I can’t load my songs in Winamp.

It was previously working with my last iPod. 

What’s wrong here?

I bought a second-hand iPod Shuffle (4th generation) from a friend, which, as he claims, is in perfect condition.  He sold it because he did not have a charger or a cable. 

I purchased a USB cable from Amazon and when I tried to connect the iPod to my computer, it cannot be detected.  The light that signifies that it is charging is also off, and it does not generate a sound.  What’s wrong?

How can you control the iPod Shuffle (3rd generation) using the remote control?

There are only three buttons – volume (+ and -) and the clicker at the center.

My MacBook always asks me to sync my iPod Shuffle with my iTunes playlist everytime I connect it. How do I stop this prompt?

I remember I can play a song in iTunes by just double-clicking on it while my iPod is connected to my Mac using the charger.  Now it doesn’t work anymore.   What happened?

There is something wrong with my iPod Shuffle 3G. 

When I turn it on, the light goes green, then after several seconds, it flashes orange light for four times. 

It does not respond to my remote but it can play music.

Unable to edit my songs in my shuffle, such as deleting songs from my shuffle and adding new songs into it.

I have been using iTunes without any problems on my old laptop to add or delete songs. 

Now, I can’t get it to work with both my new and old laptops. 

I can’t add or delete songs from my iPod Shuffle. 

Any ideas?

I have just synced my songs with my new iTouch via iTunes, and I can’t change the song information. 

I also cannot delete songs from the Library. 

Please help!
