Hi everyone,

I’m using Avid Media Composer v.5.5.3. on my Mac X Snow Leopard OS and for the first time I encountered an error like this:

Error #-5000 while verifying your authorization. Unknown error.

I’ve followed some instructions I could find online, but I got nowhere with the support.

Also I checked the ownership but everything seems to be ok. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

This particular problem occurred after I imported a file in Pro Tools v.9.

It wasn’t any bigger than the ones I usually work with but since then every time I click play I get this error message:

A CPU overload error occurred. If this happens often, try increasing the “H/W Buffer Size” in the Playback Engine Dialog, or removing some plug-ins. (-6101)

I’m using Mac x snow leopard OS, and I’ve never encountered a problem like this one before.

If there’s any way you could help please leave a post.

Hey everyone, Last night a problem occurred while I was trying to open a recently made session file using – open recent session – in Pro Tools 9. I’m using Mac OS and this is the first time an error like this appeared:

“Could not complete the Open Session…command because Pro Tools could not be set sample rate to specified value. ”

Hello everyone, it’s been a few days now since I gave up trying to install iTunes on my PC and now I’m trying to get help on this error message that pops-up after the process is supposedly finished:

“iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 998)”

I’m sure it’s not a corrupted file but I have no idea why I’m failing to install it properly.

I’ve recently became an iTunes user and I’m stuck with this specific problem. When I try to share a movie to iTunes I get this error message on the screen:

“The movie could not be sent to iTunes, because of an unknown error. Please make sure that iTunes is properly installed that your project disk has write permission, and that you have enough disk space. (Error 0)”

I’m importing the movie from iMovie so I can put it on my iPod but still not having any luck.

Hello! I am having problem with my iPhone4. iCloud could not recognize my Apple ID after upgrading to IOS 5.0. I am using it in downloading applications, what can I do? Kindly suggest if anybody knows.

Hey everyone, I’m having trouble with Auto Effect 5.5 on my Mac 10.6.5. OS.

When I try running the Auto Effect application I’m getting the following error message:

You have atleast one output module template that refers to a missing output plug-in.

Please check your output Module Templates.

If someone has already encountered this kind of a problem with Auto Effect please get back to me with some info on how to fix it.

I accidentally pressed the extensions manager on my iMac. And now, it was booting and freeze on the gray screen. I tried apple open+s to open the command console and tried everything but none works so far. I want to reset my system now and re-install OS X Leopard. Please help me.

I am using the latest version of Safari Version 4.0.5 (6531.22.7). When I am trying to open an attachment with .wmv file or .pps file, I am getting this error: Community Toolbar – We’re sorry, but the Safari browser version you are currently using does not support the community toolbar.

There are times that I can open the attachment without problems, but most of the time, I am getting the same error. How can I avoid the error message?

I installed OS X Lion Developer Seed, I found out that installing this may cause too many bugs so I re-installed Snow Leopard using the original DVD. But now, iPhoto, Aperture, JDownloader could not start. On my IGetter downloads break, The Airport does not connect automatically. Then I found out that the Library Folder is missing. I could not find it even in the Home folder and even when I do a Spotlight search. I know it is wrong to install beta software as an update instead of installing it to different partition.  How can I go back to my original settings without issues? Help please.
