When I get a message, when I open the browser. I do not have any IT policy except the IT Policy “ .bin ” file which I used to remove a different IT policy.

Yet another Blackberry problem. I keep on receiving this error when running an app. Sorry, but I am not an expert on software and applications nor am I familiar with any of it. So I am seeking for someone who could help me solve this one. I have tried all the basic solutions that I know, like rebooting my BB, pulling out the battery and other stuff. Please help me with this one. I have installed the latest version of Black berry desktop software on my computer. Have already checked. It won't detect my phone even though its already connected.

I tried clicking open network preferences, but the problem is I don’t know what changes I should make. I’m afraid I might make the problem even bigger as it is right now. I also have tried restarting my PC and my phone, but I have no luck so far.

I am having this problem with my Blackberry over and over again. I never had this problem before. Videos used to run smoothly on my BB without any issues. But now when I try to play videos on YouTube, Facebook, Tumbler and other websites that contain videos, this error keeps on greeting me.

I really wish this would stop. I haven’t made any changes to my phone or anything. I can’t watch videos. Can someone help me with this? What should I do? I have tried other tutorials on how to fix this on other forums but none seem to work with me.
