Hey guys! I bought my new blackberry playbook and I was expecting to enjoy the experience but it has turned out to be disastrous. The touch is good but I am having a nightmare with apps. Most of the apps do not open at all and if they open they close randomly. I have also noticed that I could not open Facebook while the browser was opened so I closed the browser and Facebook opened. This seems like a big defect? But it is not just the apps, flash player has disappointed me as well as it keeps crashing. As a result I cannot play or stream videos. I cannot even play recorded videos. Please help me!

I have been using a Blackberry 9720 since 6 months back. It worked very well all the days.

But today I got a different issue with charging. Morning when I keep from charging, after 3 hours I checked it but it didn't charge at all. It is switched off completely. I removed the battery and again started charging, but faced the same issue. I have one more spare battery with me. I tried with those new batteries, but no luck.

Anybody faced this issue before? Please can somebody give me a solution to fix this issue. Thanks a lot in advance and regards.

I am having Blackberry Curve 9300 and today it gave me an error message "error 507: reload software" and after that it is showing the message "device is locked". It is giving options: unlock, emergency, cancel but when I click unlock, it is not asking any password or doing anything.

Did anybody experience this problem before? Is there a way to overcome this issue? Someone please help me. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a BlackBerry 8830 and I am encountering issues on it. When it is not connected with the power cord, the display will becomes black. When I connect it, I can only move the trackball and go to processes like, the installation, information, schedule but nothing appears or nothing happens when I just select the trackball and the keyboard. But beside that, I cannot access anything more. And after few seconds, the display becomes black again even if it's connected with the power cord and just repeat the same process again and again. How can I access my phone's system? I can update it but I do not want to lose some information stored on it.
