Hey guys! I owned a BlackBerry PlayBook with OS 1.0.7.3312. I connected it with my Windows 7 computer.

When I tried to make a full backup of my PlayBook, I got this error:

BlackBerry Desktop Software

There was an error backing up.

There could have been a problem with the device or connection during the backup. Verify that the device is turned on and connected.

I used BlackBerry Torch, and I’ve been trying to download some apps in the App World but it seems that the App World is down.

I could not even reach BlackBerry ID login.

My network connection is firm and works properly.  

Does anyone here experience the same thing?

BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server.

I was downloading BlackBerry Bridge on the App World.

I attempt to scan the barcode for downloading it in my smartphone, but I keep getting an error “Barcode Pairing Failure”.

I am certain that the barcode I am scanning is correct and yet, the error just keeps on showing up.

What are the steps to achieve this without receiving an error?

The barcode does not appear to be a BlackBerry Bridge barcode.

I used LastPass for storing my passwords but I could not reach https://lastpass.com/index.php on my BlackBerry PlayBook. I am encountering a JavaScript Alert. Is this app work on BB Tablet? Or is there any other configuration that needed to be done first? Help me guys.

I am trying to buy an application in my BlackBerry Bold 9900 but I received an error stating “There was a problem connecting to the payment system. Your transaction has not been processed. Please try again. (Error ID: 10000)” I’m using my PayPal account in buying apps and I have confirmed that I am eligible to buy anything online. I tried this again for 5 consecutive days thinking that it is just a network problem but I still get the same error message.

Hi, my blackberry bold 9650 shows the succeeding message when I try to rewrite the address book associates details or using my current concept program:

The monitor is frozen and one technique I’ve discovered on how to get rid of this is to press down the list of the control keys and to select back to the monitor display.  But I need to fix this or remove the message because it is annoying.

There,are moments when my blackberry 9800 displays an error message, the program list becomes messed up, I cannot manipulate the programs list, and a bright display pop-up with programs fault 506 pops up.

But I can still continue to use my blackberry after I remove the battery and put it back again. It looks like this:
