I would like to use ERD Diagram (Entity Relationship Diagram) and wanted to check which is better among the 3 levels: The Conceptual Data Model, The Logical Data Model and The Physical Data Model. The company I am working for has a lot of databases. I have searched some consultant database modeling too but I need more info about this first.

Our company have been using Peachtree as the software for our book of accounts, there were times when we need to access DAT files from the sql server peachtree but failed to do so. We have been having problems as the files we got are in DBF files and can't find ways to extract the data we need from the DBF itself, what are ways and means to do so? Or are there any other ways to extract a file from the sql server peachtree that is not in a DBF file? Are there other intermediate files that can be used? 

I am running a call center which I feel is not well configured since there are several calls that go unanswered without being automatically put on hold. I would like to set up a more robust and more effective call center that I can use for greater engagements. Is there an application that I can use for call center management server Linux? I have built some charts online through the use of ZingChart. What I would like to do is to download them and include them in a presentation using Microsoft Office PowerPoint. It does not matter whether I get them in JPEG or PNG files since I will just insert them into my presentation.
