Hello, I have an error and I can't find any solution for it.

The error message is :

QPR Error

Open-file failed – abort?

Operating system on my laptop is Windows XP.  I got the above error when using QPR.

It is the first time that I've had this error. Help from anyone who has faced this problem before will be appreciated.

We are not able to log on to a newly installed Cognos Dispatcher version 8.1.  While logging into Cognos report studio, we get the following error message:

"The function call to 'CAM-AAA-Authenticate'  failed. Reason:"

We are not even getting the login page. As a temporary fix, we have resorted to restarting Cognos services at regular intervals.

Can anyone help us to define some approach on this.

Hi there,

I am trying to install Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 on my server, running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 release 2, with updated Windows / patches / upgrades.   It has a 4 GB RAM and Symantec Endpoint solution implemented.

When the installation proceeds, it pop-ups an error and the installer quits.

The error states:

Installer Information

Cannot Load XPC ConfigSupport.dll

I even did clean installation two times, just to get an idea of the cause of the problem but the problem recurs. The Installation CD is okay, as it has been used during a successful installation before.

Just yesterday my office-mate sent me a printable PDF file. When I tried to print it, to serve as my personal copy of document, this message appeared on the computer screen “Insufficient memory to rasterize transparent element on page #_. Reduce the flattening resolution in your output settings and try again. ”

This is the first time I've tried to print a PDF file. Is this problem a serious one? Can you please give me some insight into how I can solve it, to prevent problems in the near future?
