I am running Windows XP SP2 64bit Operating System and last week I have downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable. Now I am getting the following error message when I try to run the Setup. Is this the problem with compatibility or anything else? I am waiting for your reply to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have a car parking business where I am able to record what is going on in the parking lot. What I would like to do is to be able to track a particular object even when it moves from one secluded area to another. This is to be able to monitor the positions of all the vehicles parked and to make sure that they only use the assigned space without moving to another parking.
