I have Samsung Galaxy S Duos II. Last night, I was using TubeMate and watching some videos. After some time, a pop up came and it said that my System is outdated. I clicked on the pop up and it took me nowhere. It just disappeared. Later on, when I closed TubeMate, Avast warned me that Tertiary Tracker has infected my device. What should I do to get rid of it? I'm unable to delete it from the Apps tab.

I have just set up a new Samsung 4 right out of the box from T Mobile. The phone is acting really crazy and freezing up. Plus it keeps opening and closing apps without me touching the screen. Should I be concerned and just turn this phone back in to them>?

Is it possible to have a virus on a cell phone that is causing crashing of my phone? I am hoping to not have to buy a new phone or buy anti-virus software for my Android, but I keep having a repeat issue. I am using the phone, and it just shuts down. The battery is fully charged, and I can't find other concerns. Is it possible it is a virus or more likely an issue with the phone itself? Thank you.

Hello! Unlike computers, one cannot use an anti virus on cell phone but obviously the security of your phone cannot be compromised. So what can be done to improve the security of cell phones especially when using Internet on phones? Is it safe to download content from some place other than the Google/play store?
