I would like to identify if my processors are compatible and if my CPU is compatible with my motherboard. The specification of my motherboard is PT800CE-A. When I boot my computer, it is displaying Pentium 4 and I think that would be related to the single core hyper threading at 3.0 GHz.

What would be the marketing strategy for NVIDIA Graphical module, when Intel & AMD are planning to release their  integrated CPU with graphical processor?

Are laptops with Intel processor comparatively better than its counterpart from their competitor AMD? 

In the just launched MacBook Air Line, why is the NVIDIA graphics chip continued to be used, though this needs slower Intel processors? Can you tell me whether the NVIDIA Denver project will be a success?

If I want the internal machine at 192.168.10.200 that runs IIS/ Share Point or something like that with the user at 81.200.72.122  goes to the SBS Server and sees a Internal Website , is it true that this website goes to the Internal Machine at the 192 address or will it go to the default ?

During the process of turning off my PC, all the icons on my desktop disappear for some time, and then reappear. Does this happen, or is somebody accessing my PC through a backdoor or something? I have AVG antivirus on this PC, but I am still anxious.  This is why I am seeking advice from you professionals out there. Please help!

Hello.  I am quite alarmed at the state of my computer.  One of the fans inside my CPU vibrates for about 30 seconds once I turn it on. The noise is loud.  I don't have any inkling on how I could remedy this.  It usually happens when I leave my computer turned on for a long time.  Even though I restart the computer, it doesn't help. Please help me find a solution to this problem.

I’m having a difficulty upgrading my processor. I have this HP Touch Smart PC Desktop 300-1025 with a motherboard AN APP78-CF JESSE. I was certain that AMD CPU ATHLON II X4 605E 45W AM3 2MB 2300MHZ RETAIL AMD AD605EHDGMBOX meets the CPU specifications but unexpectedly, it didn’t work. The former processor that I’ve been using is this AMD CPU ATHLON II X4 605E 45W AM3 2MB 2300MHZ RETAIL [AD605EHDGIBOX] and it works perfectly. The moment I used the new one, a message appears on my startup which says: “incompatible CPU. ” Now, the problem is, I don’t already have the previous processor. Please tell me what I can do to fix this problem.

Please help me, I am having a problem with the usage of my CPU.

I have this C# Console Application that locks up my Windows 2003 server whenever I try to run it.

I tried quitting the application but the UI was not responding to mouse clicks.

I need to know if there is a way for me to configure the C# Console Application so that it would not take up more than 50% of the CPU usage.

I would also like to know if .NET framework has a global setting that will allow me to monitor the applications so that they do not take over the machine completely.

I hope you can give me the answers I’m looking for.

I just have a question about utilizing my CPU for per request logging. I just recently installed advanced logging and I have seen values such as 18.18 in the logs, particularly .gif files. I thought ".gifs" do not go under processing since it is not an executable file.

I don’t know what I am missing and I am hoping you could tell me.
