When I try to leave a record on a form without a primary key value, the form will display the following error message. I am very upset how to resolve this issue? Help me to resolve this problem. Thanks.

I have installed Oracle Database Express Edition 11g Release 2 for Windows OS. It created a shortcut icon on the desktop but as I click this icon I saw this error message. I re-checked the details and all the details were correct but it still showed me the same error. How to fix this error? Any suggestion would be helpful.
