I have a problem regarding mysql query with oracle. I have recently used Heterogeneous connection between oracle 10204 to Mysql database. Also I have a database link on the oracle side.  I have a query table that has 10 million rows in my MySql. It seems that the MySql is fetching all the rows from the table, all the data is transferred to oracle over the DBLink, and only after the requested rows have got back to the client. What seems to be the problem? Any help would be nice. Thanks.

How do I install an Oracle 9i client 32 bit Solaris environment?  I have Oracle 9i (9.2.0) but I don't know how to install it on Sun Solaris SPARC environment.  Do I need Sun Studio for the install?  Need step by step installation process and configuration.  Thanks.

Hello Good morning, I have a problem with file that are Dxf objects database. In specific location as marked on the drawing, the objects are shifted from the true position by about 50cm on the display screen. The coordinates are plotted correctly. Other objects are shown in their true position. Can someone help me with this problem. 

I have an mdb corrupted database in Access and I'm wondering if it could still be repaired.  The error I'm having is "Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close".  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit and I use MS Access 2003.  Is there an Access 2003 repair indexing tool that I can use or is there an option in Access to repair this?
