I have a laptop with xp pro os.In somehow i got these autorun.inf  virus and am not able to delete it.seems i am infected.pls help me to remove these virus.thanks

An error message appears every time I try to start up Windows. This message was a little bit different before. It has changed after I removed the rpcqt.dll file with the help of Avast! 6 Free Antivirus. The message I found before was this:

"The file could not be run because it contains a virus." 

Note that message was also from RunDLL, not Avast! The new message is this:

"There was a problem starting C:UsersMatthewAppDataLocalTempRpcqt.dll. The specified module could not be found."

Does anyone have any idea about this file? Why do I receive an error every time I start my PC, and how can I get rid of this situation?

How  to remove Windows Privacy Protection??

I am using AVAST Antivirus in my Laptop. After the scanning by AVAST it is saying there is a virus in the Laptop. I think it is fake because when I restarted the computer it says about a virus and again when restarted it was saying another about another virus. So I need help to remove the ‘Windows Privacy Protection’.  The AVAST is runs very slow because of the ‘Windows Privacy Protection’. Kindly help me to get out of this problem. Thanks in advance.

I downloaded Kaspersky 2012 while I was downloading it said I needed to uninstall Kaspersky 2011 and I did now I cant find my 2012 Kaspersky

An error message got me into trouble. It appears now and then on my monitor and I have no idea how to come up with a solution.

Please assist me in this case. I desperately need your help.

The message says, “Error Message ‘0x00000001’ referenced memory at ‘0x00000001’. The memory could not be ‘read’.” (Attached screenshot bears the details.)

I am facing a serious problem with my Computer. There is a folder in every drive called – AUTORUN.INF. To remove this folder I have used many anti viruses like – Norton, Avast, ESET Smart Security 4 and Bit Defender. But still I can’t remove this folder. Even I have reinstalled my windows XP in system and nothing is happen to it. Now how can I remove this folder?

I have problem with my computer as I am bother by  hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys files in my PC. It is getting a huge amount of space. I am not sure if it is a virus so I don't want to delete it right away. I noticed the file when I used a USB to save a online RPG game in my PC that I can use to install. I already tried deleting it once but when I restarted my PC again, it was there again existing in my files.

My PC model is Dell Inpiron 14R. Is there anything I can do to remove  hiberfil. sys and pagefile. sys in my computer files?

I reinstalled my windows due to a recent hardware crash and after installation I tried to install AVG antivirus but the installation automatically exits without an error or something else. Same is the case of other antivirus softwares. I know it is due to some spyware or malware but please submit me solution as I cannot find it anywhere else.
