My laptop has a sticker that gives the specs of its processor as AMD turion 64 times 2 mobile technologies. Does this information mean that my laptop has a dual core 64-bit processor? I am a bit confused.

When I try to use my computer, it freezes at odd times. I suspected the problem to be the power supply or overheating. However, I eliminated overheating and replaced the power supply but the problem persists. Anyone with the solution?

My CMOS fails each time I shut down my computer. I have looked into the battery but it seems okay. Is the problem with the motherboard? It is an asus p5w DH deluxe.

Hallo,

Despite having power supply, my computer cannot boot. I have tried using the windows CD but there is no solution. Is the display monitor with the problem or the modem or could it be some other device that I do not know? I am clueless.

Recently I partitioned my Hard Disk. After that I am getting BAD CRC error for most of the compressed file (.zip,.rar). Can anyone please tell me is bad crc occurs for partitioning table in Hard disk?
