When I try to open a game like LCDDem, it would not load. The game would crash, and I could not proceed.

I'm not a fan of playing games and I don't mod or tweak a desktop.  I want a desktop that can fulfill my every day computing task like creating a text document, browsing the net, and probably watching videos. I also want a low powered desktop to save in electricity consumption.

I have tried installing and re-installing the windows several times but the result does not change, every time I hit the start up button, it shows the motherboard  logo (HP)  and then a black screen shows up saying " error loading operating system" .   How do I solve it???
