Hello,

I am having some trouble with my monitor screen. There has been a broken line through the middle and it has parted the screen in two vertically. I have tried every possible screen settings but it is no use.

This vertical line is really annoying and I need to get rid of this trouble as quick as possible. Kindly someone help me with this problem.

My monitor suddenly went black although the power is still on.

The display did not show up and no error messages were shown.

How to fix this problem..?

I Know that using an Hdmi gives better quality than using a SCART for a console.What if i use a VGA cable (using an adapter) , is that like HDMI or like SCART in quality?

 Is there any possible way to prevent dead pixels on laptop's screen? and how to prevent it from getting bigger?

My computers brightness has suddenly gotten row. I did try all the graphics configuration settings but for some reason it is not increasing and there has been a problem with some games as well which are not running and I think it is due to this brightness problem. Should someone know of this problem,

kindly help me get out of it.

I am using ageing Dell Dimension C521, upgraded to windows. All of sudden video wouldn't display.

This monitor works fine with other PC, keyboard lights up, HD whirring can be listened. Now can anyone help me out in solution. I really needed as to access my urgent files.

I have just finished set-up my computer.I turned the computer on and everything runs, the fans lights etc.

But there is no display.

I know its not the ram because I just replaced it with some that I know it works.

Could it be the video card. I am really pissed that the thing isn't working.
