Exchange Server
I copied the “Setup support” from another AX 2012 installation to this machine at following location: C:Program FilesMicrosoft Dynamics AX60.
Now I am able to proceed with installation but getting another error. This error is strange as AX set up is able to install the components and at the end it’s throwing this error. PFB the screen shot of error.
What did I do wrong?
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Setup.
An unexpected exception occurred during Setup.
See the log file C:Program FilesMicrosoft Dynamics AX60Setup Logs2012-02-08 17-17-37DynamicsSetupLog.txt for details.

HI,
I’m in the process of setting up an Exchange 2007 mailbox from IDM.
I tried setting up SMTP address in Exchange and everything works good.
But while I setup SMTP address with Primary SMTP Address, I’m getting an error message telling “Powershell:6c14f12c-3626-4024-a565-48b4756de3a3 is not mailbox user.
I could find that the mailbox possesses the SMTP address assigned by the Exchange.
After five mins the task would be successful, and the SMTP is the one assigned by IDM primarysmtpaddress.
Can anybody suggest a solution to this problem?
I think that this could be as a result of delay of the controllers for replicating the active directories.

Hi,
When I am trying to perform a backup operation in Exchange, I’m getting an error message telling “Unable to open the item \MailG:ExhsrverMDBDATA23e.str-skipped.” It seems to be attempting to create a flat file backup (exchange database).
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I have a problem in logging into exchange server as it fails to authenticate me.
I tried several times to connect through various computers after making profile in each, but still it doesn’t get connected.
Even the third party software that was used in connecting the mailbox now is now unable to connect to the server.
I have also tried changing password, but that too didn’t work.
Everything was normally working even two weeks after I migrated to 2010, but suddenly this problem has begun.
Please help me with new methods/approaches that I could try to correct this problem.

Hello,
After installing Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server I wanted to test IMAP connectivity using Microsoft Outlook 2007 on a Windows XP SP3 workstation but I receive a Send and Receive error message saying Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folder for [email protected] 'reported error (0x800CCCD2): "Outlook cannot synchronize Subscribed folders for [email protected] Error: the server responded. REFERRAL imap://;AUTH="@mailserver.domain.com/*] the requested mailbox is not available on this server.' if you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)”.

Hi,
Our server has Microsoft Exchange 2010 installed with Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010. We have a new client that uses Microsoft Outlook 2003 and have loaded Microsoft Outlook 2003 on a few machines but are having a problem connecting them to our Microsoft Exchange 2010 server.
We encountered an issue with encryption but were able to solve it by selecting the outlook client and clicking the encryption checkbox. A new problem has now arisen that we are unable solve. Presently we are receiving an error message stating 'exchange server administrator has blocked the version of outlook'.
For Outlook 2003 to successfully connect to the 2010 Exchange server, do we have to enable the public folders on the 2010 server?

Hi,
I installed a new exchange environment and these are the details of it.
"1 CCR mailbox cluster, 2 CAS servers and 2 HT servers"
All of the servers run Exchange 2007 SP2 versions. I get the following error but when I turned off FBA and set other authentication type it works without giving the following error.
Error: "440 Login Timeout".
I have deployed custom ASP.NET application on this server and configured it to allow anonymous authentication and it worked fine. I compared authentication methods on each directory and NTFS permissions with another working one too.
Please explain me what do I left to do to fix this?
Thanks.

Hi,
Currently there are approximately 100 users and 50 GB data on Exchange 2003. We used ntbackup earlier for a full backup but it seems not enough. The thing I want is to restore users' mail/calendar post efficiently and easily. Please explain me how doing it?
Which 3rd party software the best is for this of is there any other ways to do this? We wish to upgrade to Exchange 2007 or 2010 version next year. Will I face the same trouble with it also? If not is the built in backup is better in 2007/2010 version than 2003?
Please give me a complete answer to this.
Thanks.
