Exchange Server
Hi all
I am trying to block One External Email Address from being viewed by out Exchange Users, how can I do this? We are using Exchange Server 2007 and want to ignore a certain address from outside sources. The person sending the mails has left the company and they are creating awkward moments for my staff. Thanks in advance!
4 – Hi all, I am trying to reduce logging on a crystal server. The server recently ran out of disc space because of business objects in a certain location was creating 100MB of logging data everyday.
I need to know how to reduce the data being logged or switch it off completely if possible.

Hi,
Those clients of us who are in the mode of cache in Outlook ’03 should have to click Send/Receive for loading new emails otherwise they will have to wait for long duration. It feels like there is no trouble at all. The trouble gets fixed as the Exchange Client RPC gets restarted. Do you ever face this type of trouble?
Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Hi,
We had PFDAVadmin tool to set up our public and system folders and Exchange ’10 server prior to upgrade into SP1. At present we got two other servers of mailbox and we need the prior things in our settings. The PFDAVadmin is not giving me access to select the servers by name rather that the group of admin can be selected. Having different store domain names I am only able to select one not more than that as they are under the same name. Is it happening for the SP1? How would it be possible to have the ’03 PF replicate on the ’10 servers? Thank you for your help on this one.

Hi guys,
New users have not yet got Outlook as an email client after we upgraded to Exchange 2010.
I have doubt whether there is a chance to import address book from CSV or text file to OWA or all have to do is like manually entering them in Outlook Web Access?
Thank you in advance for your kind of help.

Hi,
I am fortunately able to save all files from the hard disk when our aged server crashed. At present there is a new server for us and it is a matter of surprise for me how would it be possible to transfer mails to the newest Exchange ’10? In my portable hard drive I got my prior directory tree and I am willing to transfer mails to the new accounts from those of existing. Any idea how would I do this? Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi,
No problem has been seen in connecting Outlook ’03 SP3 clients to the Exchange ’10. Those clients who are not using the Cached Exchange mode suffer from interface troubles. Outlook is unable to refresh items as soon as the user deletes an item from a folder. Pops up shown with an unknown error in the outlook as the exact file is being deleted once again. When any file in any folder is deleted then you go to other folder or drive and then come back to the file in that folder which you deleted then you will see that this file is again there. Could you please tell me why this happens? Thanks.

Hi guys,
My domain has been configured in windows ’08 R2 which is my network. Exchange ’10 along with configured mailbox, access and hub transport roles are available in the member server. The entire thing that we are looking for is to make our server to be located in the data center along with our service provider and the Exchange and our domain has to be configured along with all the three roles within a single server. The email users are not our own members in our domain. Windows 03 is used for our domain and that is along with the forest functional level. Is this going to be working for us? Will there be any difference in the internal domain and configured public domain in the server?
