Exchange Server
Hi, I saved a file on our shared network drive and in my email, I created a hyperlink to this file before sending it to people who should be able to access the file.
They were all able to receive my email but when they tried to open the link, they were all unable to do so and got the message “This file can’t be opened”. I checked the file again and it’s where I have saved it.
Why couldn’t they open the file?

We recently moved to MS Exchange under a new ISP. We still have our old static IP address so we have two. I do not have enough experience with MS Exchange and I really need help on configuring it correctly. I entered the new static IP address data into our firewall and router which enabled us to access the internet. However, we cannot receive external emails. The internal email is working properly such as sending and receiving mails. I checked and re-checked MS Exchange properties and could not find anything wrong. Can someone help me on this? Thanks.

I need help with Exchange 2010. I installed Update Rollup 3 which includes other performance enhancements. It seems that I have successfully installed it and restarted when the prompt asked to restart. However, after re-starting, all services related to Exchange 2010 just stopped working. I tried to restart the disabled services and was able to bring back my Outlook clients online but still cannot get into the Outlook Web Access. It merely shows a blank screen with the error: Syntax Error flogon.js Line:1 Code:0 Char:1 Can you tell me what is the problem all about and how to resolve it? Thank you.

Here’s the background of the issue I am encountering. I am upgrading from Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2010 server. The Exchange 2003 has SP2 Enterprise with 1 front end and 3 back-up end server and all functioning on Windows 2003 Standard SP2.One of our users in Outlook 2003 is scheduling an appointment with someone using Exchange 2010. He wants to view Exchange 2010 user’s calendar to check availability but he was unable to view it. All he sees are lines. He tried using OWA with the same results. However, users on Exchange 2010 can see each other’s calendars and they can also view the calendars of Exchange 2003 users. Can you help me enable the Outlook 2003 user to view user calendars using Exchange 2010? Thanks.

My company is upgrading to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 2003. For now I have transferred myself ahead of them to Outlook 2010 and do some testing. In the process of testing it, there were no problems in sending and receiving emails. However, I received the following error message when I tried to activate the automatic out-of-office reply. The error is stating: Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable.

I am upgrading MS Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2010. I had an idea to create another server and install the MS Exchange 2010 on it and then simply migrate everything such as email, settings, etc., from the old MS Exchange 2003 to the newly installed Exchange 2010. However, several errors came up during the installation and I need help in fixing those errors. I will show you more about the errors through TeamViewer. Just let me know. Please help.

I am trying to migrate from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. When I am about to complete the migration, and create signatures in OWA, I am receiving error: The text you typed is too long. Please shorten it and try to save it again. As far as I know, this is another issue of fixing registry in Exchange 2003 wherein we can set the maximum size limit for the signatures, but I could not locate the same settings in Exchange 2010. How can I fix this? Where can I find the settings for this? Thank you.

Hello everyone. First, I have a few information to trade. I set up our emails few years ago and did not have any problems at all. Every person in our company has no timetable for its creation.
It was installed through a browser and then it "exchangeserverip/exchange"
We also have a secretary to access the calendar that we can view, update, delete, etc. The only way to connect to the timetable is as follows: the use of an iPad and iPhone and Blackberry applications. This has been working very well so far.
