Exchange Server
Hi there!
I am currently using Exchange 2007 along with my Windows Server 2008 Standard 64bit. I was just wondering if it’s possible for me not to embed .wav voicemails.
I already tried removing the UM profile of the user but their e-mail still has an embedded .wav file of the message.
I apologize if you’ll find my explanation a little unclear but please feel free to ask me if you require more details.
I am looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I got an error in a file of MS Exchange 2003 “Enterprise Server” (stand alone). When runs backup (Backup Exec 2010 R2). In last week error appears (Exchange Server) "cannot find streaming file associated with this database". I searched on net and the Symantec site says “There are no spaces in the streaming file “.stm” and “.edb” files, such as (mail.ebd and mail.stm)”. But no issue with the name of file.

I’m using GFI Mail Essentials in SBS2003 with Exchange environment for anti-spam filters. A particular user's Junk-mail is being forwarded to me since last week. I have checked and verified the Exchange General Tab in ADUC and user's Outlook but there was no rule to forward or redirect.
This is happening only on this user and all other junk mails are being sent to me. I checked the few items via searches that I know or can find in the IT house. The default settings for the exchange junk email should be enough to cause Exchange to move emails with the SCL level set by Mail Essentials to the Junk email folder.

We are ready for the re-branding of our company. Currently our mobiles, devices and OWA users have access of current domain. OWA and smart phones have good working. We installed retail cert to make them all working without extra handling.
Originally, the new domain name was supposed to including a new AD domain for bigger projects.
It cut way back, and to cover the "re branded" new domain we are now going for additional DNS registration and external DNS hosting. For the new domain name, I have put in the DNS information and it correctly resolves the OWA site, but, it complains for certificate because installed cert doesn't match the new domain name.

I am attempting to install Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003 Administration Tools and have inserted the Office 2003 CD-ROM in my computer’s drive. However, the installer still keeps on asking me to insert the CD. Can you please tell me what is wrong?

I need help on my Exchange Server. I recently moved everything to a new Exchange Server and the issue that I am having right now is our bookeeper can no longer send emails to our employee. This happens after I move everything. Relaying setup has no problem because my network devices can email me if there is an issue. Kindly tell me what I am missing with the setup please.

I recently installed Exchange Server 2007 SP2 on my Windows 2003. I re-installed it because I upgraded my Operating System. At first it works fine with OWA. But now it’s giving me a headache! My Exchange Server 2007 is giving me an error "object reference not set to an instance of an object. At line:1 char:23.” I can access OWA but it seems that the changes with the settings is causing the issue. I also tried connectivity test on Outlook Auto Discovery and they work perfectly fine. Does Microsoft .net framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 have to do with this? I am lost here guys please help me.

Hello! I want to create an exchange environment (with a server to handle the incoming OWA and POP3 connections and one to house the mail store). I am thinking of it as a front-end + back-end environment. If I use Enterprise in the back-end, do I need to have it in the front-end, too, or I can have Enterprise in the back-end and a Standard in the front-end?
