Exchange Server
I work for a company which has MS Exchange server which is used by employees to receive/send emails.
I just wanted to know if there is a possibility or getting back e-mails which are deleted accidentally even from deleted items folder. If yes, how long would I be able to retrieve the e-mails?
Guys please help me with your opinion, it will be highly appreciated.

Hello there!
Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to reserve a 2010 sp1 resource calendar from outside exchange?
I’m trying to book a conference room from outside and when I booked the source it will double booked the room if someone within exchange has already reserved it and the user does not retort back if it is accepted or not. Is this non exchange user setting up a meeting against a calendar resource we have arranged from within exchange works perfectly?
Please guide me..
Thanks….

I tried to add a contact to the corp SMTP address for forward option under the “Delivery Options” in “Exchange General”, which didn't work because the “trust” account already exists in the Domain. I also tried to add his corp-address in “Delivery Options” of “Exchange General” and get the following errors, for which I’m unable to find a solution. "A constraint violation occurred. ”

I have added email domain to our “SBS 2003 Exchange” server. “Domain A” (original) which is working for, sending, receiving, etc. “Domain B” (added) can’t receive email outside of the network. From house I can send and receive email to all other domains. When I send mail from “Hot-mail” or any other mail service provider to “domain B”, I get an error “SMTP error '554 5.1.2'”.

We assure that every step is being followed in migrating mailboxes to the new Exchange Server when migrating new domains. Aside from that, we also have migrated the users while their SIDS is being preserved. Is there anything that we should keep an eye on or some things that we should remember to prevent problems from ensuing?

In setting up Exchange 2007 or 2010 server, is there still a need for the Edge Transport Server? We want something that still adheres with a single-server set-up so we’d like to know whether installing Hub Transport, Mailbox, Client Access, and Unified Message would suffice or would there be a need for another server in addition to the aforementioned servers. In case that an Edge Transport server is no longer needed, is there something else that I need to know that needs to be configured?

Anyone out there who could recommend the best way for Exchange 2003 to perform much faster and easily restore a calendar post or a mail being used by the user? Currently, our Exchange 2003, which is utilizing ntbackup for fullbackup, has about a hundred users and 50 GB of data. I’m not yet satisfied with its performance and I think it still needs an improvement. I’m thinking using Exmerge or 3rd-part application in order to achieve our desired performance, but I don’t know which one is better.

Is there anyone who could provide instructions on setting up a Prep Exchange 2003? Whenever I try to set this up myself, a message prompts that says, “Setup encounter an error while trying to contact the windows active directory and fail to connect to schema master for this active directory forest. ”

Our company is using Exchange 2003 server and we want our users from Active Directory only to have access in sending and receiving mails, instead of relaying to all our users. (E. g. POP3 client set up) I need a step by step procedure on setting up this feature.
