I have a big problem with my Firefox. I always use Firefox’s latest version for my computer. So today, I downloaded the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and have it installed successfully.

But after installation process, when I opened the  browser, I have noticed that ‘private browsing option’ were not shown in the pop-up menu—but I can see it my other friends computer!

Please help me to activate this option.

I use Firefox because it is very secure and fast for Windows compared to other browsers. I always set-up a master password from spy.

I use dial-up Internet connection. When I connected my modem, it did run very smoothly.

But when I clicked on the Mozilla Firefox, my modem device was disconnected. What is the cause of this error?

I then restarted my PC, but it seemed that the  device was not ready or busy now.

Why was my modem busy? What is the main issue?

When I installed Foxit Reader in my computer system, I received changed error. When I close a program, sometimes the file missed. Please tell me if it is due to a virus. I installed antivirus and then scanned my system, then such type of errors appears.

Why does Foxit Reader show this error in my system again and again? I receive one file through the mail. Now, I tried to open that file. When I double clicked the file, I received an error message. After I clicked a button, all programs terminated. Error detail is given below.

I installed Fireworks in my Lab where 200 PC’s were available and are connected with server. When I installed this software to my PC at home, it worked properly. When I used this software in my lab, I received the given error.  I installed this software at client machine by logging-in through administrator account. Then why  did I receive this error when admin have complete rights?

Your user privileges do not allow Fireworks to update your registry. Launch and Edit with Dream Weaver will not work properly until Fireworks is launched while using Administrative Privileges.

This is really odd because when I use Internet Explorer, I get connected to the websites I go to. But when I opened my Firefox, it told me server not found. So I kept telling the phone representative that internet works on another browser.

But they kept telling me its a computer issue. I hung up with them because they could not give me any help at all. I have all my bookmarks in my Firefox and I am not used in using internet explorer. Please help me.

On some Windows systems, Firefox is running. When you launch it by opening an Internet shortcut, a local HTML file, or a link in another application, two instances of Firefox may be open; or Firefox opens along with an error dialogue. Windows cannot find "<URL or path to file>". 

I'm having a strange problem with Mozilla Firefox. It sometimes stops working.

It is actually not crashed because no crash reports or error message  pops-up.

Even in the Task Manager, its Status is "Running". 

When it is stuck, it looks like the image below.

But it simply stops working. When I click on its icon, it won't open.

Why does this happen?

I recently updated Mozilla Firefox 4 to Mozilla Firefox 5. I thought it would be better than the previous version.

But I just came to know that it doesn't support IDM. Now, the IDM Download Bar does not appear in Firefox 5.  

I can not download anything using IDM in Firefox 5.

Please help me with this.
