I am Firefox client. I am using it to browse for few months. Now, I remove all the history of  Firefox from my computer.

But I do not know how to delete history of this software.

Now, I need procedures on how to delete history.

I am not sure what I did while browsing through different websites. When I opened up my browser and typed a web address, my laptop had started redirecting me to a different website.

No matter what, it is taking me to the same website. I need to deactivate this setting but I am not sure how will I be able to do that.

I use Mozilla Firefox for surfing internet. I installed IDM (internet download manager), but it didn’t appear in Firefox. I mean, the download button didn’t appear on the page. When I opened the Add-Ons, it says, IDM doesn't support. What does it mean? What should I do?

I use Firefox for browsing and downloading video. I always use “Sothink Web Video Downloader for Firefox”. The file being downloaded using the application is ".flv". This kind of video file cannot be opened with Windows Media Player. It can be  opened in VLC or FLV Player. How can I open it with Windows Media Player?

I am addicted to internet games and play a lot of flash games. Initially, I used to play them in Internet Explorer. However, a friend advised me to opt for Firefox to play games. Most of the time, Firefox crashes while playing games and displays the following error message:

The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed.

               Send crash report

Now, even Internet Explorer crashes. Please help.

I am using this new browser that I found. I think it has the name of “nightly”. Not sure if that was correct. I checked on the internet and I found out that it is also known as Firefox 8.

Now when I use the browser, I get this message "Helper application not found". I have never seen this message before with my other browsers. I’m just wondering what it is? Can anyone help me understand this error message?

I’m still getting this error message when I browse some websites: (403 – Forbidden). 

What does this mean?

I got a strange problem with Firefox 5.0. Whenever I typed a site address to the address bar, website appears. Whenever I searched anything from Google & click on the search results, Firefox shows "cannot establish connection to the server". I have tried cleaning my browsing histories & cookies but that did not work. Any help please?

I am posting here an error message I encountered while installing a plugin of Mozilla Firefox. While I was in the middle of installing a plug-in, an error message appeared and told  me that Mozilla Firefox was not installed.
