I bought a new laptop its from Lenovo manufacturer and what I can see is the mouse pointer cannot move from the day I bought it as I was not allowed to use the laptop at the shop itself but when I came to home and checked it the mouse pointer doesn't move and hangs every now and then for at least 10 seconds.
