I want to know that is updating my PC is important or not. I mean if I don't update my PC will it not work normally as I don't have internet connection that is broadband connection but I use Mobile internet only via USB cable which will not be able to download PC updates.

I was searching on web today morning and guess what happened I downloaded Gtalk from a site and while downloading the malicious virus also came as a surprise gift. To which my McAffee internet security warned me that my PC is now infected but Mc Affee is unable to remove the virus. What shall I do now please help me ASAP

Today I tried connecting my USB drive to PC which is windows 7 after a long time but the USB is detected as damaged. Yes I'm getting the error as damaged when connected to PC. I  have a very simple question to ask that if I update my PC BIOS will that affect my computer in any way. I have windows 7 PC and I want to update BIOS from A07 to A14. But I don't know that will windows be affected by it or not please tell me the answer and if it gets affected than in what way I may see any changes in windows 7?
