I just updated my Java runtime with my laptop. All were working properly and then something popped-up in the monitor. I accidentally clicked the pop-up. My Google Chrome closed and then I thought I was using Chrome, but when I checked it is showing “crossbrowse.” I tried to uninstall it and now I cannot surf in the internet. Is it a possible virus infections? Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? I cannot reformat my laptop since I have tons of documents in it.

I recently bought a laptop 5 days ago. I was able to make use of it and there’s no problem. Yesterday I notice that the internet keeps on going slow. I need to wait for at least few minutes before I can see the incomplete content of a web page or webpages. I checked my desktop computer to see if it’s not just happening with laptop, unfortunately it is all working fine with my desktop. What could be the possible cause of this problem? Can you show me instructions on how to do this?

I'm currently capturing gameplays and I want to upload them to YouTube. I want  to edit those videos a little and upload them all at once. For instance, I want to write my name at the lower left corner of the video for the first 5 seconds. Is there anything I can do? Please don't suggest MS Movie Maker.

Hello, I am using Google Chrome web browser on XP operating system. I am suffering a problem for this; I can’t open any web page, except Google.com. I am using google chrome and there are lots of pop-ups that keeps on blocking my screen and I have to one by one close it. While closing it even clicking x-button, I am being routed to another page. This really annoying and frustrating. How to fix this? What are the steps that I can do to eliminate this problem permanently? I already have antivirus software why is it happening? Is it only on google chrome or also happening with firefox and internet explorer?

Hello I am using google chrome. I left my computer and logged in to facebook. When I came back tried to move to next page it logged out. I tried to log in again but it keeps on showing white page or saying page cannot be displayed. Can you tell me how to fix this? Why this happened? Do I need to log-out to facebook every time I fetch for just a glass of water? Please help me! Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated

When I open a new tab in Google Chrome, I am directed here: chrome-internal://newtab/. I'm not sure why this is occurring or what, if anything, I can do to resolve it. I am looking for help on this, as it is just annoying but not bothersome. Any suggestions, or is this common and I just need to stick with it? Thank you.

I've never had an issue with Chrome before but now it is slow and seems to slow down my entire system. I'm not sure if I just need to switch my browser or what at this point, but it is a shame because Chrome has been my browser of choice for some time. Thanks in advance for any help.

I use Google Chrome and often when moving to a new page, it shows up blank. I'm certain now that it isn't just the sites as this happens frequently. I can use a different browser but it seems like there should be something that I could do to resolve this. Is this a common issue with anything I can do to fix it? Thanks.
